Wholesale and bulk orders
If you are a maker who’d like to use our parts in your own designs, please get in touch! We’d be happy to offer you wholesale discounts. We are unable to provide 3D source files for most items but are able to provide jig and layout guide models on request.

We’re releasing open-to-all guides on how to repair our products and adapt many of our parts to make your own stuff. If you have a specific request for a guide, please get in touch, but we’ll be releasing them as we have time to work on them.
Making your own Biothane® straps
If you’d like to replace your own Biothane® straps and they’re not suitable for coverage under our warranty, follow our free online guide to get the best results. We use suitable bench-mounted presses and cutters to make our straps, but you can make your own at home with much cheaper tools.
Shortening your Biothane® straps
If you’d like to change the length of your restraint straps, we can provide replacements for you, or you can follow our guide to do it yourself.
Warranty coverage for spare parts
Our spare parts are covered under the same warranty as our full product offerings, but we do not provide coverage for damage caused by use with straps or other parts not made by us, nor for uses they’re not designed for.
Right to repair
We’re gradually releasing information on how to fix, upgrade and replace parts of all our products because we believe you have the right to fix your own stuff, and to change it however you like. You have the right to repair anything we make. Since we’re a one-lesbian operation, please be patient with how quickly we get resources published, but we aim to have full parts availability and repair guides for everything we sell.
