If you have ordered made-to-measure products, you can provide your measurements by using the form on this page, or by replying to your order confirmation email. We take measurements in centimetres (cm).

Measurement guides

If you ordered multiple sets of one item in one order where measurements are different, for example, two collars with different sizes, please email us with details, letting us know which sizes correspond with which items. If you have ordered multiple items with the same size, for example, two waist belts of the same size, you can use this form.

We’ll use the measurements you provide

Once you submit your measurements, we’ll use them to manufacture your order. If you need to change them, you can only do so before your order enters production. If your measurements look like they may be wrong, we will confirm with you, but since everyone’s body is different, we’ll assume the measurements you provide are correct in most cases.
