Our current lead times
Many of our products are made just for you, using the measurements, colour preferences and configurations you ask for, and we do our very best to make sure your order is as perfect as possible. This means that unless you order just small accessories or parts that we have on-hand, there is a lead time before we can ship your goodies to you.

Lead times on this page are updated monthly, using the average time taken for an order to ship from our workshop after the order is placed. We don’t include orders that don’t include made-to-measure parts, like key-safes and spare parts, and we also don’t include fully bespoke orders from customers that want something that we don’t usually make.
How our packages arrive
Regardless of what method you use for postage, we always ship orders in nondescript black poly-mailer bags or cardboard boxes, which show no branding, logos or the name BeltBolt. Unless you specifically ask us to, we declare our items as handmade clothing accessories or imitation jewellery, depending on what’s in the box. Our return address references “BB Technology”, not BeltBolt, so nosy roommates shouldn’t suspect a thing.
