We’re getting new tech soon!

We’ll be upgrading our capabilities for applying graphics to our products very soon, after which we’ll have the capability to use our shiny new UV printer on all our restraints! This means we’ll be able to apply full colour, edge-to-edge designs with extreme levels of detail. If you add vinyl printing to your order today, we’ll contact you to ask if you’d like to wait a while to get our upgraded service when the new hardware arrives, or if you’d prefer our existing vinyl service. If you’d like to add an extra personal touch to your cuffs, collar or other restraints, we can now apply heat-transfer vinyl designs to all our Biothane products, in almost any colour. Whether you’d like a reminder of your locked status, or you have a pet name or number you’d like locked to you 24/7, we can precisely cut almost any design and carefully apply it to your order.

If you have a pet name, a number or a symbol you’d love to have wrapped around your body 24/7, vinyl lettering is a great way to really make your restraints yours.

There are hundreds of colours and effects available so you can get your perfect look, from solid colours, glitters and metallics, holographics and more. Check out some colours here if you’re unsure of what’s available, plus we can source exact stock from many suppliers if you prefer.

We can manufacture most designs you can think of, with the limiting factor being very small, unconnected pieces of 1mm or less, because these are much easier to damage over time. We can also produce multi-colour and full-coverage designs across the entire length of your restraints. All of our HTV processes are suitable for bathing and washing, and are applied with the proper kit to ensure it stays on your restraints long-term! We can apply vinyl designs to all the Biothane products we offer.

If you have a dream design that uses multiple colours or covers the entire cuff band, like hazard stripes, please get in touch with us about custom work if you’re unsure if it’s possible. We can likely do it, but if we can’t, we’ll let you know. Full-coverage and multi-colour designs are labour-intensive and we may need to charge for labour if your design is complex or very large. You’ll get full disclosure of this in advance and will receive design proofs before we get cutting!

What design would you like to be applied to your restraints? *

QR codes work best on strapping of 25mm or larger width.

We can apply QR codes to 19mm cuffs, but they need to link to short URLs or contain a short amount of text. QR codes are more suitable for 25mm and larger straps like our collars and waist belts.

Multi-colour and full-coverage designs may involve a surcharge for labour due to their time-intensive application.

This will be disclosed and agreed in advance of any design being applied, and you will be able to perfect your design before anything is charged.

Multi-colour designs are applied in block form, meaning multiple layers are applied on top of each other. If your design is not suitable for colour application or needs to be changed to work, we’ll let you know.
